Activity codes are as listed in Dubai Municipality's food establishment requirements by activity. Non-halal items are not traded.

We quote from licensed UAE suppliers, with the origin and pack stated. Same working day for anything on our standard range.
We deliver and invoice
Goods move under a licensed food transport arrangement. You get a proper invoice with the batch and expiry recorded against the consignment.

Dubai has no shortage of foodstuff suppliers. What is harder to find is one who picks up, quotes when they say they will, and tells you plainly when they cannot get something rather than leaving you waiting.
We are deliberately small and deliberately domestic. We buy in the UAE market from licensed suppliers, which means shorter lead times, no import surprises, and full traceability on every consignment. As we grow we will import directly — but we would rather be reliable at this size than overstretched at the next one.
